Welcome to Northern Solstice Alpaca Farm, located in beautiful Unity, Maine.
We established our farm in 2004 and are well known in the alpaca arena. We have a breeding program in place that includes some of the most prestigious bloodlines in the industry and focuses on superior conformation and premium fleece.
We co-own AG Space Cowboy, an award winning herdsire that resides on our farm.
Our current herd consists of 16 alpacas and we are home to 5 boarded alpacas. The agistment program is a convenient way to own alpacas now, utilizing the tax incentives for purchasing, when you don’t have the farm ready yet or perhaps only want to own animals but not house them.
We operate a successful in-house and on-line farm shop with alpaca merchandise of all kinds. We welcome future alpaca enthusiasts and are ready, willing and able to assist by listening to you, answering your questions, concerns or curiosities about the alpaca business, animal care, or perhaps interest you in an attractive alpaca-package from our farm.
