Northern Solstice Alpaca Farm in beautiful Unity, Maine operates in a socially and environmentally friendly manner with the well-being of our animals as number one priority. We established our farm in 2004 and are well known in the alpaca arena. Our breeding philosophy begins with selecting animals whose lineage and characteristics are outstanding in every area. We are committed to pairing animals for continuous genetic improvement. We utilize the most up-to-date practices and resources at our disposal.
While being a well rounded and respected alpaca breeder, we wish to remain a relatively small farm that allows us to personally focus on the healthcare, handling and training of our alpacas and the personal attention our customers deserve when they purchase an alpaca from us. We take pride in being extremely conscious of bio-security and take all precautions to safeguard our farm from potential hazards. We are the founders of and the Visitor Center for the Alpaca Center of New England allowing us unlimited resources to continue to be successful in the alpaca industry.
With expansive careers in the corporate realm and more than 30 years in Human Resource Management, we, (Robin and Corry) have honed our skills as professionals and now carry that experience into the world of alpaca farming, breeding and sales.
